Honestly,I was born with white-skinned because of my parents are white as well,but because I'm not taking care of my skin,I have always been exposed to the sun resulting oily face,blackheads,skin sun burned until gradually it blackens my face and back of neck which resulting uneven skin and lowering my self confidence.
